Every security solution is the result of extensive development work and meets the highest security standards in line with national and international standards, as well as individual customer requirements. This is the only way that we are able to offer products with combined protection, whereby the individual, and sometimes contradictory, requirements are already taken into account during the development stage.
Factory Production Control
Our Factory Production Control (FPC) continuously monitors the quality of our products in the ongoing production process. The results of the tests are documented in test logs. Through these extensive tests, we ensure the quality of our products. We guarantee the exclusive supply of products that that have been tested in terms of their function and manufactured precisely in line with customer requirements. The Factory Production Control is a key part of the CE marking and ISO certification.

Our extensive testing history with accredited test institutes and voluntary quality control of production by an external test institute are the reasons why the German Commission for Crime Prevention (KPK) recommends the burglar-resistant windows, facades, doors and grilles from SÄLZER and has certified them with the K-EINBRUCH (no forced entry) quality seal.

Voluntary quality control
The high standards of SÄLZER security technology extend through to production and monitoring thereof by external institutes. The accredited test institute PfB Cert regularly monitors SÄLZER products from a neutral standpoint, to ensure that they have been produced exactly in line with the test certificates.
Security Threats
Explosion and pressure wave resistance
SÄLZER security units protect people and property against attacks involving explosives and against shock waves caused by accidents, e.g. in the petrochemical industry, where an exploding mixture of air and gas is released. Product tests in accordance with international standards or individual customer requirements are proven with certificates from independent test institutes and attest to the high level of protection against shock waves.

As well as the material losses, your personal space has been invaded, which can have a serious impact on your feeling of safety. Security doors from SÄLZER offer a range of functions for various individual and combined threats of break-ins and break-outs, bullets and explosions. Our steel door series offer additional protection against fire and smoke.

Thanks to the use of specially developed steel and aluminium profiles, the frame constructions of SÄLZER security windows feature the desired slimline appearance. SÄLZER has taken its high-performance mullion-transom S1es series a step further – it looks just like the Schüco FWS system. And of course tested and certified like all SÄLZER products. The security components are integrated discrete and invisible. Protection against forced entry, bullets and explosion, also in different security classes, can be combined individually.
The S1es series offers, in combination with the Schüco series FWS, a flexible system solution, while the external aesthetic remain identical.
